Mathilde is an artist, photographer, artistic director, stylist/designers and scenographer. she creates to the rhythm of her desires. After her study of arthistory and years of painting it is her intention not to catch the moment but to create it. She creates a picture of every piece and makes a new story for every series of pictures. Mathilde is a ‘storyteller’. It is her speciality to tell a story. From this point of view it differentiates itself from a repportage photo by leaving little space for opportunities, because everything is studied upstream and every detail counts. To create her imaginary world, her universe Mathilde makes the costumes, accessoires and sets by hand for her shootings.
